Green Chilli Relish

Another excellent assemblage of flavors from Milk and Honey! All that’s left of tonight’s dinner is a little green chilli relish in the bottom of the bowl.

Perhaps it’s the Australian influence, but her unusual-to-me combinations  — like the creamed corn on toast in this dish — make me say, What?! and then immediately want to give them a try.

The only change I made was to substitute parsley for the cilantro as B is one of those non-cilantro people. Other than that, I made it per the recipe — and it was delicious.
