B wants to duplicate a pulled pork sandwich he enjoyed several times this summer at a local restaurant—which included a red-cabbage slaw—so off he goes to his favorite cookbook to find the Carolina Sandwich Slaw recipe. Added to a pile of pulled pork (using the recipe from  Milk and Honey), it’s a great place to start! I love coleslaw.
